Self photo of me and Princess.
(right up our nose)
A peek into the Orchestra pit.
These people did a beautiful job.
Too bad we couldn't "officially" see them.
The stage set.
Toy Soldiers.
The beauty of the ballet.
I tried to be discreet with my camera,
but a Blogger must record the moment
even when, no, especially when
there are sugar-plum fairies
dancing about.

I've been thinking about being a ballerina
when I go to Heaven,
but decided I am more of the
tap-dancing type.
You?

You're much better at the self-photo that me, ST! Trust me! :-)
You and your daughter are so pretty!!
I loooove the live orchestra at shows! *sigh* I just don't get to go often enough!
I've been known to take a "discreet" picture or ten in the theater, too! (shhhhh, we won't tell anyone!) :-)
Oh, and I picture myself doing contemporary dance, if any! :-)
Oh, I do love getting to see bloggers and their families in person. It makes the friendship feel more real. You know?
HA!! I have two left feet...I'll be the angel handing out programs.
Great post. You and your girl are looking very lovely too

Oh how I love the Nutcracker! I have a friend whose daughter is in an ice-skating version, but I haven't seen it yet.
Me? I'll be in the orchestra pit!
Loved the 'peek' into your evening at the ballet.

Oh that was wonderful that you enjoyed the Nutcracker with your daughter. I have been to many Christmas plays and musicals, but never the Nutcracker. One day I truly hope to attend a ballet . Smiles to you and your daughter, Susie
If you don't take pictures where ever you go - you are not a REAL blogger.
When I get to Heaven I hope I can sing...
I see that the two of you had fun!

I'm like Sandie, above. I hope I can be a singer, but a little tap dancing would be good too. I love The Nutcracker and it looks like you two had a great time.
I am such a theater person so I am ashamed to admit, I have never seen the Nutcracker. I've got to put that on my list.
OOO, Tea...I want to be a clogger.
Clog dancing has always just been so much fun to watch...doing all that dancing and never moving their arms. So, while you tap, I will clog and then we can stop, have tea and a big ole MAPLE donut together. :))

Love Love Love The Nutcracker...ahh memories! Lily brought my tutu home with her today the little thief, (not that is was going to slip on these hips) so I have to pass on the ballerina for now!
Hugs~
I was a ballerina as a kid and danced in the Nutcracker. LOVE that ballet.
Looks like you had fun!
