I am allergic to the fabricon "The" most comfortable chair in the world
which is why I must shroud it in a sheet.
Reluctantly I came to realize the time had
come for us to part ways, so the searchbegan and continued on and off for 3 years.
"It is not easy to replace such a chair" -
BUT -
Waa Lah!The NEW chair
in fabric I am not allergic to.
It looks nice, butt, (love the pun) truthfully
it does not "sit" nearly
as good as my old one.
*sniff *sniff
"New" does not always mean better.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Speaking of "Old &and New" -
I would LOVE to find (at least) one
new Follower as that would put me
to the "100" mark.

I'm sorry, I'm already following, but I KNOW you'll get there! I laughed when I saw your chair! I, too, own my own version of "the most comfortable chair in the world," and I do all my writing from it! Sadly, it's a little worse for the wear, but just TRY and get me out of it!!

Awwww, could you have had your most comfortable chair re-upholstered instead?
I have a chair that is very old that once belonged to my great aunt and uncle. I had it re-upholstered and it never fails to bring so many compliments. I had it in a classic mohair material so it still retains the classic look.
Hope you fall in love with that one too.

Maybe you just need a period of adjustment for the chair to get used to your hiney. Give it about 6 months, then report back. Wish I could follow you twice!

Gotta love those old, broken-in pieces of furniture and it is terribly difficult to let them go. But I do hope your new chair is perfectly adjusted to your tushy really soon! ;)
I think within time you'll get used to the new chair.
Don't you hate having to get rid of something like that - those old comfy chairs - they're like slippers or something!
