SWEET TEA

It's none of my business so I had to ask. . .

"What's your current obsession?"
Sometimes I can't rest till I see a certain TV
program or movie.

Sometimes I'm into baking.

At other times I'm looking
everywhere for a new lipstick
that is longer wearing.

What are you obsessing
over at the moment?
(this is a totally non-judgemental blog)

Marketing and advertising in our (just opened in July), hearing aid business! PLUS> obsessed with buying cute baby clothes for my new granddaughter (due in Dec.) She already has way more than she needs or will ever use... but I just can't help myself!! Oh! And WW.. counting points. Geesh. I sure do have a lot of obsessions right now. No wonder my head is spinning ;-)

My latest obsession is a site called pixel of ink, which lists free and bargain books for the kindle. I've become obsessed with trying to load my kindle up with free books. I check the site daily and load books - I'm a voracious reader and still don't think I could possibly read them all. But they're free! I love that.

I'm also obsessing about trying to get my house clean and organized, but with two teenagers I'm not making much progress!

Cleaning surfaces so things are calmer. Takes time 'cause 'stuff' has to be put with similar 'stuff' so it can be found again.

Most of my obsessions haven't started yet regarding TV programs; just a few cooking shows that I'm loving. I'm also obsessing about a certain guy I used to know (happy obsession) AND decluttering my life. Once I get those over with, I can really obsess about Survivor, Criminal Minds and Amer Next Top Model just to name a few.

I'm trying to get back into the rythm of the school year. Mine just went back yesterday. My older one works an ever changing schedule 5 days a week, so sharing vehicles is challenging.

Hugs & love,
Mimi

I'm always obsessing over TV of all kinds but right now I'm into Walton's re-run's that are on many times a day. The Hubby doesn't understand but to me that is comfort.

Chicken and waffles. I believe we've discussed this before, but I can't seem to get enough of it. I keep thinking about going back. Oh - and a bicycle. My husband is getting me one for my birthday and we're driving ourselves crazy looking at so many of them.

See, the chicken and waffles make it necessary for me to do more excercise, so they do kind of go hand in hand.

Finding a good mascara! One that will lengthen and fill out my sparse lashes. I think I have about 6 different brands floating around in my drawer right now and I'm searching the house for the magazine that has the ad for a new mascara I just have to try.

Frames.... picture frames, frames for art, frames for prints I have bought for my daughter's new townhouse. Frames.... I could go buy them new, but where's the advenuture in that. I'm flea marketing, and Saturday will be a Goodwill day. I am serious about frames.

Mine would be Key West because we just got back from there and I want to go back SO BAD!!! With only 3.5 days there, I crave for more. :o( My husband wants to move there however, I'm close to my family and with us being in California, Key West is just too far for me to move....for now!

Jeans...a really good fitting pair of jeans that make my butt look cute and my legs looks long. Is that too much to ask?
