The smell, I think. As much as I love herbs I just can't use Cilantro. It reminds me too much of my daughter's ex-boyfriend..who happened to be from the MidEast...but we won't talk about that here! Diana
Hey- while I am thinking about it- did you know that you have NoReply when you post a comment? I can never send you a comment back because of that- Just wondered if you knew..and I was going to email you and there is no email addy on your blog site that I could find. Hugs- Diana
I grow them both. They have definitely different smells and tastes. I love cilantro...it is so fragrent with tomatoes. If I buy it...I check the label.
We're not the typical family.
I've recently become Caregiver/Guardian to my Mom as she deals with Dementia. I'm married, have three grown children and also an 18 yr. old daughter who lives at home and recently made us grandparents to her beautiful new baby girl. That means that we have four generations of women under the same roof. Mister and I have been married forever. . .It's not the life we dreamed about, nor the one we would have chosen, but most days we find a way to laugh and bumble our way through. We're enjoying the journey, even with the unexpected side trips along the way. FOLLOW ME, if you dare! LOL!

I don't think they smell the same. Have a nice long weekend!

Commenting on my own post to check out "problems" I've been told about. Sure hope I can figure out how to fix it.
Good question. I have no answers. I agree that it would be smell. Smash a leaf and then you'll know.
BTW, I've had problems with Blogger today trying to leave messages that kept showing me as Anonymous. That's one thing I am not.
Enjoy your weekend.
Good question! I think I always just rely on the tag at the store -- and just hope they have it right.
Beats me! I thought cilantro was some kind of onion! LOL...Of course, I don't cook. (Good thing!)
