The crowd moves forward
surrounding the Redbox.
The stress of choosing a movie,
swiping my credit card,
getting my movie
and exiting the line
is overwhelming.
DO YOU HEAR ME??!!
I don't want to smell your breath.
I don't want to be sneeze "sprayed".
I don't want your "cough cooties".
And, I don't need your help to
choose a movie.
Can you help me Dr.?

I love me some Netflix. I did the math and it's cheaper and much easier, at least for me.

I do like redbox but I must agree. The other day I was the third person in line (just returning a film)...The #1 person was taking a sweet forever to make her selections. Then it was the #2's turn (a boy and his dad)...now we'd been standing there about 15 minutes already-could they not have figured out what they were going to rent while the person ahead of them was doing her thing? Or could they not have let me just pop mine back in quickly? Grrrrr....
You crack me up! I used to deal with the Redbox stress too. I now have netflix. It's so much better than being crowded out by people who want to give you their opinion on the movies that you are dying to see. I've even had people give away the plot of a movie just because they wanted to prove why it was a "must see".
Try Netflix for a free trial and you will love it.
I am so with you on the whole "My Space" thing. MOVE PEOPLE! I can't breath! LOL
I haven't been brave enough to try Redbox or Netflix yet. But this post makes me want to choose Netflix for sure...lol!

I love me some Netflix!!!! I used to go to Hollywood Video until they jacked up their rates and then it was Bye Bye Hollywood Video...HELLO Netflix!! I haven't looked back either!! :o)

Oh, this Netflix post is so cute!!! I like the automatic play ones so we can watch the movies right away...They have a new one this week with Pierce Brosnan and Susan Sarandon....It's really good!
And that is wonderful about the rescue puppy! How precious!!!! I'm sure he has found a wonderful home and it is fantastic that you drove all that way to save his life...wow!

My kids love NetFlix, but I haven't taken the plunge yet. Do you watch the instant netflix on tv? We do OnDemand thru our cable--if I can sit still long enough to actually watch a movie!
Redbox is great except for having to wait in line just to find out that you have to go to another box because the one you just waited for doesn't have the movie you want. NETFLIX! Yeah, baby!
We don't rent movies very often, but I do know what you mean about people crowding your space. :-) We've thought about trying netflix. You may have just inpsired us to REALLY do it!! :-)

Redbox inside a Walmart is the worst too. I like to treat them like ATM's and give the person in front of you their space. Too bad not everyone is that considerate. Glad you found an alternative!
I really enjoyed this post. Haven't done the Rd box yet although my children have hounded me about it...still enjoy going to the few movie rental stores left or using "In Demand".
Netflix is definitely something to look into.
Luckily, our local Redbox has never been crowded! I can't do Netflix because I never know what I'll be in the mood for on any given day.
